The NC Division of State Historic Sites is seeking a conservator.  Job
description reads in part:

 

CONSERVATION TREATMENT FOR ALL COLLECTION OBJECTS BELONGING TO THE DIVISION
OF NORTH CAROLINA STATE HISTORIC SITES. COLLECTION OBJECTS INCLUDE
FURNITURE, UPHOLSTERED OBJECTS, GLASS, CERAMICS, BOOKS,
PAPER, PAINTINGS, METAL OBJECTS, TEXTILES & ETHNOGRAPHIC OBJECTS.
CONSERVATION DUTIES INCLUDE PERFORMING OBJECT CONDITION SURVEYS, ORGANIZING
OBJECT TREATMENT SCHEDULES, COMPLETING CONSERVATION TREATMENT & DOCUMENTING
TREATMENT WITH PHOTOGRAPHS & WRITTEN REPORTS.
