[Scmusenet] SCFM Conference Interpreting Difficult Subjects Call for Roundtable Participants

Hello Everyone,
I have submitted an Interpreting Difficult Subjects proposal for the 2007
SCFM conference. The topic is Interpreting Slavery and will be a
roundtable/panel discussion. We need a few more people to join the panel and
would appreciate your consideration to do so. We are looking for anyone with
experience interpreting slavery in the ante-bellum South, anyone who has
studied the evolution of interpreting slavery, or anyone who has experienced
good or bad interpretation and is willing to discuss their experience. Please
